Refund policy

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, staining, or damage will not be accepted. A $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund if an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request — a flat $8 fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for returns that have been scanned by the carrier within the 14-day return window, once received, inspected, and approved. Returns dropped off and scanned after the 14-day window will be eligible for store credit only. Processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days for U.S. returns and up to 10 to 16 business days for international returns. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Size exchanges are available within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. Store credit is also available as an alternative to a refund. Simply let us know your preference when initiating your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at love(at)selvithelabel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
