Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day — please keep this in mind if selecting an express shipping option.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available carriers are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country — these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery
